1955 MARX, WALT DISNEY PROD., MICKEY MOUSE & DONALD DUCK HAND CAR PLAY SET, O/B!

Here is a vintage 1955, Louis Marx, Tin, Walt Disney Productions, Toy Set.  Full name is "Mickey Mouse & Donald Duck Mechanical Hand Car"  The box is rough with tears, folds, splits and some missing end flaps (see photos).  The beautifully lithographed tin metal base is in like new condition.  Colors are bright, there is no corrosion and there is no damage to the metal or the plastic attachments.  The plastic Hand Car with Mickey & Donald is complete and works but could use some cleaning. This toy has the Train Station and Tunnel rather than the less desirable tunnel only version.
The box size is about 22" x 14" x 3" and the toy is just about the same size.  There are no inserts in the box but I don't believe it came with any when new.  A very nice and scarce addition to any Disney Collection!  I will ship this set in a sturdy over-sized box.
