1939 Vintage Pinocchio The Acrobat Walt Disney Marx Wind-Up Toy
This fantastic toy features a brightly lithographed rocking tin base, and a large tin Pinoccio on a long flexible band of metal. The band fits into a slot on the base. The base features "Monstro the Whale" with a fixed wind key on the back, and when wound up tight the base will rock back in forth causing the Pinocchio to sway side-to-side and spin/flip. This toy is complete, but is “untested.” I have not wound up the key, and leave it to the buyer’s discretion to do so. Measures 17" tall, 11.5" long and 2.2 5" wide. Toy is in great overall vintage condition with some wear and fading on tin. Please look over pictures carefully before purchase. Please check my other listings for more wonderful and unique artworks!
