Hostess Captain Cup Cake, Happy 74th Birthday Twinkie Kid, Ceiling Dangler, Sign

This is a vintage Hostess Captain Cup Cake ceiling dangler for stores selling this product.  It was one of the signs included in "Happy 74th Birthday" for Twinkie the Kid.  It is made of cardboard and has a punched hole at the top for hanging.  It appears to have never been used.  It has the same colorful graphics on both sides.  Enclosed is a copy of the sheet that came with this sign showing and telling about the ceiling danglers.
It measures about 7" x 11".
It is in very good condition with little wear.
