    Description

    I had two antique Easter Island Moai kavakava figures from an old German collection, One sold. The one figure I have left has a collector plaque on it which reads: Tolomiro (von der Osterinsel) gekauft in Santiago de Chile am 25. 9.1969. This translates to Toromiro (from Easter Island) bought in Santiago Chile

    Made from toromiro wood, characteristics of the large moai kavakava figure are heavy brow above deeply cut eyes with faint engraving on the top of the head, ht. 18 in x 3. These moai kavakava figures would make a great addition to any Easter island, Polynesian collection. Please see my other eBay listings.
