REFUNDS:
Seller accepts refunds for everything accept buyer remorse, failure of buyer to ask questions prior to purchase or read the complete item's written details and buyer's conditions of the sale.
- Seller will only refund the cost of the item once it is returned to the seller in same condition as sold / pictured.
- Seller will not refund initial shipping costs to the buyer.
- Buyer will pay return shipping for the item.
- Seller will charge a 10% restocking fee for the item.  Restocking fee will be taken from the initial amount paid for the item and out of the refund.
